The infrastructure of Lattelecom includes five local data centers:

  • DC DATTUM (Riga): physical TIER III certified site for equipment placement services and cloud infrastructure of Lattelecom Cloud;

  • DC KELDISA (Riga): Data Center for BaaS (Backup-as-s-Service) service based on IBM Spectrum Protect;

  • DC KLEISTU (Riga): physical platform for equipment placement services;

  • DC BRIVIBAS (Riga): physical platform for equipment placement services;

  • DC PERSES (Riga): physical platform for telecom operators.

Data center infrastructure includes Telia data center in Vilnius, LIM DC data center in Warsaw and Interxion FRA11 data center in Frankfurt.

To start using Lattelecom services it is necessary to conclude an agreement (depending on the region and the chosen services). In case of interest in any service, please contact us in any convenient way. Our customer service managers will prepare a proposal specially for you and send a sample contract.

Yes, for Lattelecom Cloud and Lattelecom BaaS (Backup-as-a-Service) services a free test period of up to 30 days is provided. By separate agreement, extended tests are possible. In case of interest, please contact us in any convenient way. Our customer service managers will send you the DEMO code for testing.

After receiving the DEMO code, you need to go to the link https://catalog-lv.lattelecomcloud.com/code . Enter the received DEMO code and continue receiving the test subscription. The next steps involve choosing the computing power for the test (using the sliders). Please, take into accoint that after selecting certain capacities during the testing period (30 days), it is impossible to increase or decrease the number of selected resources, the subscription will immediately go from DEMO to a paid basis and the test will stop.

You can pay for LATTELECOM services in one of the ways: bank transfer or payment by Visa / MasterCard (depending on the service).

For the services of the Virtual Server and Virtual Data Center funds are written off according to the principle of prepayment on the first day of each billing period. The standard settlement period is 1 calendar month.
